Immerse yourself in the profound teachings of Yoga with Sama’s comprehensive 10-week, 200-hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training program. This training is designed to deepen your familiarity with these ancient practices, learn how to apply them to your modern life, and understand how to share them with others skillfully, all while in a nourishing community setting. 


Rooted in the wisdom of ancient texts and practices, our training offers a unique and authentic approach to yoga instruction as well as personal growth in its physical and spiritual practices. Throughout the program, students will delve into the rich philosophy, history, and traditions that form the foundation of yoga. Whether you're an aspiring teacher or simply seeking to deepen your personal practice, our curriculum covers multiple aspects of yoga, including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), dharma (wisdom teachings), and meditation (mind training), providing you with the tools to guide yourself and others in these transformative practices.
