Immerse yourself in the profound teachings of Yoga with Sama’s comprehensive 10-week, 200-hour Teacher Training and immersion program.
This training is about much more than just the physical practices. We offer a unique and thorough approach to both the internal and external practices of Yoga. You will delve into the rich Eastern philosophy, history, spirituality, and traditions that form the foundation of Yoga, all while in a nourishing community setting.
Teachings are rooted in the wisdom of three key Yogic texts: The Yoga Sutra, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
You'll receive extensive training in meditation to help you establish your own consistent practice and to learn how to share this vital mental training with others.
