Immerse yourself in the profound teachings of Yoga with Sama’s comprehensive 10-week, 200-hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training program.


This training is designed to deepen your familiarity with the transformative practices of yoga, learn how to apply them to your modern life, and understand how to share them with others skillfully, all while in a nourishing community setting. It features extensive training in meditation practice to help you establish your own practice and learn how to share this vital mental training with others. 


Rooted in the wisdom of South Asian texts and practices, our training offers a unique and authentic approach to yoga instruction, highlighting both its physical and its spiritual practices. Throughout the program, students will delve into the rich philosophy, history, and traditions that form the foundation of yoga, based on three key texts.


Whether you're an aspiring teacher or simply seeking to deepen your personal practice, our curriculum covers multiple aspects of yoga, including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), dharma (wisdom teachings), and meditation (mind training), providing you with the tools to guide yourself and others in these life-changing practices.
