YOGA CLASSES
Our yoga asana (movement) classes are designed to light you up on multiple levels of your being, connecting you to your heart, intention, breath, and physical body. Each class will include a centering practice, modifications for various skill levels and capabilities, and the encouragement to connect to your own inner wisdom.
We use props, offer variations, and keep our pacing mindful so that students can listen to their own bodies and move with intention. There’s no one-size-fits-all here — just an invitation to show up as you are and be part of a welcoming, community-centered space.
Yoga Flow
An energizing, all-levels class that links breath with dynamic movement to awaken and activate the whole body. Each sequence is thoughtfully crafted to support fluidity, strength, and connection so that each part of you feels attended to. Mindful Alignment
A steady, alignment-based class that invites you to move with intention and awareness. Ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this class offers a chance to slow down and explore the subtle details of each posture. Rather than flowing quickly from pose to pose, we’ll focus on building stability, clarity, and confidence through thoughtful alignment and mindful movement.

Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar Yoga is a standardized system of instruction, which is oriented towards gradual but steady progression, rather than quick results. Use of props to maximize the opening and awareness of the body, providing support to the less flexible, and extra extension to the more advanced student. Students learn to penetrate beyond the physical body to the inner kosas (layers) of mind, energy and spirit, gaining vitality, clarity and calm through the practice.
Perfect for total beginners, or students who want a better understanding. Can be practiced by everyone and in all stages of life.
KEY WORDS: CLARITY, PRECISION 🏹
Restorative Yoga

Slow Flow
A moving, introspective meditation. Slow Flow will help you release physical tension, calm your mind, and settle your nervous system. With less physical alignment instruction and more focus on rhythm and long-held poses, these classes are designed to create a mental flow state of absorption and presence that arises from linking the changing poses with breath. This class will culminate with a brief, calming meditation to end the class.

Jivamukti Yoga
Whether you’re a beginner, deciphering the difference between vrksasana (tree) and sirshasana (headstand) or an advanced yogi who can put both feet behind their head, the Jivamukti Open class welcomes you onto your mat.
A Jivamukti Open class presents classical yoga teachings as relevant to one’s life on and off the mat, drawn from the Focus of the Month essay, supported by chanting, breath awareness, flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance, relaxation and meditation. All Open classes include 14 points—asanas, meditation and spiritual teachings—in a sequence creatively designed by the teacher.
The class is called “Open” because it is open and suitable to all levels of practitioner. Even so, beginning level students should know that there will not be much detailed “how to do” descriptions; for that a student is advised to attend a Basics Class.
