Free Classes
At Sama, generosity (dāna) is the ground our practice rests upon. Your contribution to our General Operating Fund supports the conditions for practice (teachers, space, and community) so that the teachings of yoga and meditation can continue to be freely offered to all who seek them. Your generosity keeps our classes donation-based and our doors open to all—no barriers, no exclusions.
