COMMUNITY CARE: Your membership sustains our studio and keeps our classes free / generosity-based. We invite you to realize that your membership does more than cover your own classes: it provides the gift of yoga to others, as well.
KARMA YOGA: By sharing the gift of yoga with others, you strengthen your own practices of generosity, interdependence, and Karma Yoga, and plant the seeds for more teachings to be available to YOU.
ACCESSIBILITY: We provide unlimited free, generosity-based, and sliding scale yoga and meditation classes, silent retreats, trainings, and more, regardless of an individual's ability to pay.
TEACHINGS: Our goal is to help all beings achieve a state of wellness, happiness, and peace that is accessible through the teachings of yoga and Buddhism.
