COMMUNITY CARE: Your membership sustains our studio and keeps our classes free / generosity-based. We invite you to realize that your membership does more than cover your own classes: it provides the gift of yoga to others, as well.
KARMA YOGA: By sharing the gift of yoga with others, you strengthen your own practices of generosity, interdependence, and Karma Yoga, and plant the seeds for more teachings to be available to YOU.
