• Please stay home if you’re not feeling well. 

• Masks inside the studio space are welcome but not required. 

• Register for class ahead of time. Classes will be limited and priority will be given to students who have pre-registered. 

• Hand sanitizer is located at the front desk. 

• CDC-approved cleaning spray is provided for all props and mats. Please take time to disinfect all props you use. 

• Follow CDC guidelines and take responsibility for YOUR wellbeing! We will continue to offer online classes through Zoom for anyone who does not feel comfortable returning to the studio.

• If you test positive for COVID-19 within 5 days of your last studio visit, please email info@samastudio.org so we can notify potentially exposed students.
